I did my job and was punished for it by my principal, because of a paraprofessional. I was told different things and then marked down on my evaluation for other unmentioned items. If you actually want to learn what not to do, work at CMSD. Cons administration, toxic and harassing work environment. I enjoy working here. I love the children. I love the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The two teachers I work with we are on the same page with the children learning.
