Their were some admin leaders that cared about the staff, but overall the environment was not conducive to enriching their employees professional development. organization is in fiscal peril due to lack of leadership accountbaility and Board of Directors being involved. Line staff is dediccated and hard working, truly supporting community. However organization will be defunct within 6 months. If you really apply yourself there is room for growth, the work is very hands on. Employees need to be very intentional and care for youth in order to be successful Every day there's something new! It never became "boring" because it wasn't routine. The administrative work came like second nature and running a 90 student program took a lot of patience but was it was rewarding to give back with the opportunity given to me.
