The communication is awful and very stressful. Cons Not really a management team Worked for Fleet Car carriers for 18+ years. Employee's are like family and very friendly. Owners are very approachable and seem to care about their staff. It's your average owner operator company you get what you put into It Just make sure you get with the right owner hows gonna keep up on his truck and take of you in the long run Our typical day of working consisted of getting to a railyard at an early time of day, inspecting vehicles, and then driving them to various locations. It's an easy job but it requires teamwork and communication. The locations that we transported vehicles to ranged from Loveland to Colorado Springs, from Glenwood Springs to Fort Morgan. Pros Get to drive new models of vehicles from the top automotive companies. Cons You're not allowed to test any of the features in any of the cars. I did work for fleet car for 10 years and i realized that it was not worth financially, because i had a truck and the money they were paying doesnt cover all the expenses for the truck itself nor for a saving plan for the future... im glad i got out even tough i've lost a lot of time of my life.
